TODAY's Savannah Guthrie is a vampire! Okay, she's not. But in an arm-wrestling battle with "Twilight" star Kellan Lutz on TODAY Friday that echoed one his character had with Kristen Stewart's newly vampirized Bella in "Breaking Dawn: Part 2," she did beat him handily.
"Cheaters!" Lutz good-naturedly coughed behind his hand afterward.
Also, not seriously. But the actor noted how appearing in the film series has jump-started his career. "It's opened up so many doors," he said. "One of the hardest things to do in Hollywood right now is make a name for yourself.... It's really given us that name, that golden ticket."
But he'll likely miss the extreme roar of the Twi-hard driven crowds. "We end on such a high note," he said. "At the premiere, watching it with the fans, I felt like I was at a Justin Bieber concert."
