LIEGE, Belgium (AP) ? Defending champion Cadel Evans knows Bradley Wiggins is the cyclist to beat in the Tour de France.
Both men are preparing for cycling's biggest event, which starts with a 4-mile prologue on Saturday in the Belgian city of Liege.
The Australian says his BMC team is ready, stronger and confident they will retain the title with a race plan that is nearly identical to last year.
Wiggins aims to become the first British man to win the Tour de France.
The Tour will cover about 2,174 miles over the next three weeks. The race ends July 22 on the Champs d'Elysees in Paris.
